Javier Nicolás Pruneda is the CEO and founder of Pygmalion Group, a law firm specialized in real estate development with a comprehensive, end-to-end approach. For over six years, he has combined high-level legal advisory with hands-on project execution, covering every stage from asset acquisition to final commercialization or operation through strategic partners.

Javier has led operations for multiple investment funds, structuring private financing and supporting each project with rigorous legal, urban planning, and financial feasibility assessments. His areas of expertise include corporate agreements and co-investments, urban licensing and regulatory compliance, tailored private financing, urban development and land management, new residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and strategic marketing support.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of Anthelise Projects and Remesur, and has held key roles in expansion and legal advisory for companies such as ALDI España and DIA Group. Javier holds a Law and Economics degree from the University of Navarra, specialized studies in taxation and real estate project development, and an advanced English certificate from the University of Cambridge.
