FEATURED PROJECT
Campus Data Center Villena
A strategic digital infrastructure project located in the Mediterranean Corridor, offering 332,000 m² of fully owned land. The site combines high-capacity power (100–150 MW IT, certificate in process), excellent connectivity with over 14 backbone fibers, and competitive latencies (<15 ms to Madrid, <5 ms to Alicante). Aligned with the digitalization strategy of the Valencian Community, Spain, and the EU, this project represents a critical digital hub linked to major submarine cables (Medusa – Valencia, 2Africa – Barcelona) with strong potential to create skilled jobs and strengthen Villena and Alicante as a Mediterranean digital hub.
